Leadgraph had a team of 3 account executives who were all doing their own prospecting. Each of the AE's was averaging 3-4 self-generated meetings/month, but they needed significantly more.
When coming up with the GTM strategy for Leadgraph, we had to be mindful of the fact that there are tons of similar solutions in the space. So we A/B tested 5 different variants to identify what was resonating most with CRO's and VP's of Sales. Furthermore, we built out web scrapers that identified companies using Leadgraph's competitors, and we sent targeted messaging highlighting the benefits of using Leadgraph.
StoryGen worked as an extension of Leadgraph's sales team to increase conversions and drive measurable success in every initiative.
